Namaz,oru\u00e7 gibi farz olan amelleri yapmamak kulun Rabbi ile aras\u0131ndaki g\u00fcnahlar\u0131d\u0131r. Di\u011fer kullar ile aras\u0131ndaki g\u00fcnahlar ise zek\u00e2t vermemek, adam \u00f6ld\u00fcrmek, gasp etmek, hakaret etmek, \u2026, g\u0131ybet, nemime gibi pek \u00e7oktur. Bunlara genel man\u00e2da kul haklar\u0131 denir. Kul haklar\u0131 canda, malda, \u0131rzda, namusda, bor\u00e7ta, mevkide olur.<\/p>\n<p>Kulun Rabbi ile aras\u0131ndaki g\u00fcnahlar\u0131, \u015firk derecesinde olmazsa, affedilmesi di\u011ferlerine g\u00f6re daha \u00e7ok umulanlard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Yasak oldu\u011fu konusunda \u015feraitlerin (mezheb imamlar\u0131n\u0131n) ihtil\u00e2f etmedi\u011fi \u015feyler, b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fcnahlard\u0131r. D\u00fcnyada kendisi ile ilgili bir h\u00fck\u00fcm bulunmayan her \u015fey de \u015f\u00fcpheli olarak kabul edilir. B\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fcnahlar olarak say\u0131lan g\u00fcnahlar hakk\u0131nda d\u00fcnyada ceza h\u00fck\u00fcmleri vard\u0131r. Hakk\u0131nda ceza h\u00fckm\u00fc olan her \u015feyi, Sahabe Efendilerimiz b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fcnah olarak saym\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. B\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fcnahlar hakk\u0131nda olan bildi\u011fimiz h\u00fck\u00fcm ise, be\u015f vakit namaz\u0131n onu yok edememesidir. Yani insan be\u015f vakit namaza devam ederek, b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fcnahlar\u0131ndan temizlenemez. Mesel\u00e2 imk\u00e2na sahip oldu\u011fu halde zinadan ka\u00e7\u0131nmak, b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fcnah\u0131 terk etmek demektir. Bu, k\u00fcf\u00fcrd\u00fcr. K\u00fcf\u00fcrden b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fcnah yoktur. Cehalet sebebiyle, kulun Rabbi ile aras\u0131nda perde meydana gelir. K\u00fcf\u00fcr tevhide ula\u015fmaya engel perdedir. Kulun Rabbine yak\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 marifeti kadard\u0131r. Ne kadar marifete sahipse, o kadar yak\u0131nd\u0131r. Bu g\u00fcnahlar ancak cehalet sebebiyle olur.<\/p>\n<p>Bundan sonra gelen g\u00fcnahlar ise masiyette \u0131srar denen g\u00fcnahlard\u0131r. Bunlar Allah(c.c.)\u2019\u0131n Z\u00e2t, s\u0131fat ve fiilleri ile ilgili bid\u2019atlerdir, bunlar\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00e7oktur. Allah(c.c.)\u2019\u0131n emir ve yasaklar\u0131 ile \u015f\u00fcphelileri aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fen g\u00fcnahlard\u0131r. Bunlar ya Kuran\u2019da kesin olarak b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fcnahlar olarak zikredilenlerdir. Yahut Kuran\u2019da kesin olarak b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fcnahlar diye ge\u00e7meyenlerdir. Veya kendilerinden \u015f\u00fcphe edilenlerdir. Bunlar\u0131n aras\u0131ndaki fark ise, cehalet ya da ilimlenme farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAllah(c.c.)\u2019dan en \u00e7ok \u00e2limler korkar\u201d<\/p>\n<p><b>2) \u0130kinci k\u0131s\u0131mdaki g\u00fcnahlar:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Nefislerle ilgili g\u00fcnahlard\u0131r. Nefisler korunabilirse, Allah\u2019\u0131n bizden istedi\u011fi \u015fekilde hayat\u0131m\u0131z devam etmi\u015f olur. Nefislerin korunmas\u0131 ile, zamanla marifet (Allah\u2019\u0131 bilmek) has\u0131l olur. Bu bak\u0131mdan insanlar i\u00e7in d\u00fcnya hayat\u0131, esas hayat\u0131 kazanma yeridir. Hayat\u0131m\u0131z bunun i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. Hayat\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 korumak ta bu sebepten \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131r. Zira ya\u015fayaca\u011f\u0131z ve ya\u015famam\u0131z ile Yaradan\u2019\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 bilece\u011fiz. En b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fcnah olarak bildi\u011fimiz k\u00fcf\u00fcr, ya\u015fam\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n maksad\u0131n\u0131 yok etti\u011fi i\u00e7in en b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fcnaht\u0131r. Maksad\u0131m\u0131z olan ula\u015fmak istedi\u011fimiz Z\u00e2t ile aram\u0131za belki de kald\u0131r\u0131lamayacak perdeler koydu\u011fu i\u00e7in en b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fcnaht\u0131r. \u0130\u015fte ondan sonra gelen adam \u00f6ld\u00fcrmek de, maksata vesile olan hayat\u0131 yok etti\u011fi i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fcnaht\u0131r. Bu g\u00fcnahta, \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclenin maksata ula\u015fmas\u0131na mani olmak var oldu\u011fu gibi, bu hayata engel olan\u0131n da Allah(c.c.)\u2019dan iyice uzakla\u015fmas\u0131na sebep olmas\u0131 vard\u0131r. Ve d\u00f6vmek ile, insan i\u00e7 \u00e2leminde has\u0131l olan s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar ve bask\u0131lar ile, kalbinde Yaradan\u2019\u0131na\u00a0 y\u00f6nelecek kuvveti belki de bulamayacakt\u0131r. B\u00fct\u00fcn bunlara sebep olan g\u00fcnahlar, b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fcnahlardand\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Zina ve livata da daha sonra gelen b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fcnahlardand\u0131r. Zinada v\u00fccudun ve hayat\u0131n kayb\u0131 olmasa bile, nesebin bozulmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7ma vard\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca bu g\u00fcnaha bula\u015fan ki\u015filer de, ya l\u00e2y\u0131k olamad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnerek ya da nas\u0131lsa g\u00fcnaha batm\u0131\u015f\u0131m diye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnerek, Allah(c.c.)\u2019\u0131n ilmi ile ilimlenmeye kendilerinde had bulamayabilirler. Zinadan haberi olan di\u011fer insanlar\u0131 da dilleri ile g\u00fcnaha sokmaya sebep olma durumu da vard\u0131r. Livataya gelince, yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131 ile neslin t\u00fckenmesine sebebiyet verir. Yayg\u0131nla\u015fmasa bile, buna bula\u015fana Allah(c.c.)\u2019\u0131n azab\u0131ndan emin olma duygusunu verir ki, bu ba\u015fl\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131na b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fcnaht\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><b>3) \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc k\u0131s\u0131mdaki g\u00fcnahlar:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Madde ile olan g\u00fcnahlar. Madde\u00a0 halk\u0131n ge\u00e7imi i\u00e7in l\u00e2z\u0131m oldu\u011fundan, korunmas\u0131 ve yerinde kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekir. Bu g\u00fcnahlar di\u011fer yukar\u0131dakilerden \u015f\u00f6yle bir fark arz eder: Can kayb\u0131nda can\u0131 geri getirmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Ama para ile olan g\u00fcnahlar e\u011fer iade edilip, yerine koyulabiliyorsa daha az bir g\u00fcnah ifade eder. Zor kullanarak gasp etmek b\u00f6yle\u00a0 de\u011fildir. Gasp gizli kalmaz, etraftan bilinir. Emanete h\u0131yanet etmek de b\u00f6yle de\u011fildir, emanet eden yani sahibi vard\u0131r ve hakk\u0131n\u0131 arayabilir.<\/p>\n<p><b>Yalan \u015fahitli\u011fi<\/b>ile hakk\u0131n zayi olmas\u0131 s\u00f6z konusudur. Baz\u0131lar\u0131na g\u00f6re b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fcnahlardan say\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f ise de; yasak oldu\u011fu konusunda b\u00fct\u00fcn \u015feraitler ayn\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fe sahip oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in, yasakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 konusunda b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00e2limlerin muhalefet etmedi\u011fi \u015feyler, b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fcnahlardand\u0131r. Zira \u015feriat bunu son derecede men etmi\u015f ve \u015fiddetli az\u00e2b ile korkutmu\u015ftur. Ayr\u0131ca \u00fcmmetin i\u00e7inde, kemal\u00e2t derecesi y\u00fckseldik\u00e7e, baz\u0131s\u0131 i\u00e7in hel\u00e2l olanlar dahi haram olmaya ba\u015flar. Hele \u015f\u00fcpheli olanlar\u0131n haram oldu\u011fu apa\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u0130\u00e7ki i\u00e7mek:<\/b> Akl\u0131 yok etti\u011fi i\u00e7in ve zamanla al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131k yaparak daha y\u00fcksek miktarda al\u0131nmay\u0131 gerektirerek, hayata daha \u00e7ok zarar verdi\u011fi i\u00e7in, bir tek damlas\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7mek dahi yasaklanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ak\u0131l, hayat i\u00e7in \u00f6nemlidir.
