Ki\u015fi nefsini tan\u0131maya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken, nefsinin emri alt\u0131nda hareket eden yedi \u00e2zas\u0131na dikkat etmelidir. G\u00f6zlerin hakaret n\u00e2zar\u0131yla bakmak i\u00e7in de\u011fil, sevgi ile bakmak i\u00e7in yarat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 anlat\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Kulaklar\u0131n da ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde, \u00e7irkinlikleri duymak i\u00e7in de\u011fil, Allah\u2019\u0131n uyar\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 duymak i\u00e7in yarat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 anlat\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Her konuyu ibret olarak g\u00f6rmek ve duymak gerekti\u011fi anlat\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Hatta bo\u015f \u015feylere bakman\u0131n ve bo\u015f \u015feyleri duyman\u0131n da yanl\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu anlat\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Dili korumak \u00fczere; dil ile girilen g\u00fcnahlar ve kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 anlat\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Yarat\u0131lma hikmeti ise; zikir, okuyarak \u00f6\u011frenme, ara bulma gibi iyi i\u015flerdir. Ayr\u0131ca, her a\u011f\u0131zdan \u00e7\u0131kan\u0131 zapt eden bir murak\u0131b oldu\u011fu hat\u0131rlat\u0131lmal\u0131; s\u00f6ylenen hi\u00e7bir \u015feyin kaybolmayaca\u011f\u0131 konusunda da nefse ihtarda bulunmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Mideyi korumak \u00fczere; hel\u00e2l-haram ay\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 yapmal\u0131, mideye haram lokma koymamal\u0131d\u0131r. Hatta \u015f\u00fcphelilerden de uzak tutmal\u0131d\u0131r. E\u011fer asl olan bu konulara kar\u015f\u0131 nefis ile anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r ve iyilik konusunda meleke k\u00e2zan\u0131l\u0131rsa, o zaman nafileler konusunda anla\u015fmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Ki\u015finin baz\u0131 i\u015fleri, haklar bak\u0131m\u0131ndan \u00e7ok \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yabilir. Buralarda nefsi daha da zapt alt\u0131nda tutmak gerekir. Sal\u00e2h ve iyilik ise yap, azg\u0131nl\u0131k ise vazge\u00e7\u201d buyurmu\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b><i>2)Murakabe: (Denetleme, g\u00f6zetme)<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u0130lk \u00f6nce, nefse gerekli tavsiyelerde bulunup, \u015fart ko\u015fulduktan (m\u00fc\u015farateden) sonra, ikinci ad\u0131m murakabe olur. Murakabe, nefsin denetlenmesi demektir. Ba\u015f\u0131 bo\u015f b\u0131rak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 takdirde, nefis yava\u015f yava\u015f ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7taki yerine d\u00f6ner veya itaat etmekten yorulup, bahaneler bulabilir. Bu y\u00fczden, uyar\u0131lar, anla\u015fmalar yap\u0131l\u0131rken, bir yandan da nefsin bu anla\u015fmalar\u0131 kabul edip, etmedi\u011fi kontrol edilir.<\/p>\n<p>Murakabe; Allah\u2019\u0131n kulunu murakabesi, kulun Rabbini ve nefsini murakabesi \u015feklinde olur. Allah-\u00fc Teal\u00e2\u2019n\u0131n Esma-\u00fcl H\u00fcsna\u2019s\u0131ndan bir isim olan Er-Rakib (denetleyici), Allah\u2019\u0131n murak\u0131p olu\u015funu ifade eder. Marifetin, yani Allah(c.c.)\u2019\u0131 bilme ilminin kalpte uyand\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir haldir. Bu hal kalpte ve \u00e2zalarda ameli do\u011furur. Yoksa kendileri i\u00e7in \u00f6l\u00fcm daha \u00e7ok uzakta m\u0131 san\u0131rlar?<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015fte b\u00f6ylece ki\u015fi kendini sorgulamal\u0131d\u0131r.
